The Problem We Lived

OpsUplift came from a simple frustration. After running a two-day discovery workshop with a client — rich conversations, real insights, clear opportunities — the hardest part wasn't the workshop. It was the three weeks afterward, turning all of that into a report.

Listening back through hours of recordings. Cross-referencing what different stakeholders said. Pulling themes together. Separating symptoms from root causes. Writing recommendations that were specific enough to act on. It was three to five days of analytical work costing $5,000–$15,000 in consultant time, every single time, and it was the bottleneck that limited how many clients we could serve.

We tried templates. We tried hiring juniors to do the first pass. We tried dictating notes right after sessions. Nothing worked well enough. The quality was inconsistent, the turnaround was too slow, and by the time the report landed, the client had lost the momentum from the workshop.

The Solution We Built

OpsUplift is the diagnostic engine we built to solve our own problem. It takes workshop transcripts and produces complete diagnostic reports — evidence-based findings, prioritised opportunities, implementation playbooks — in hours instead of weeks.

It's not a summariser. It's not a theme extractor. It runs multi-stage analysis that cross-references across transcripts, separates root causes from symptoms, and generates actionable recommendations with clear sequencing. The output reads like a senior consultant wrote it, because one designed the system.

OpsUplift is a product of Action Advisory, a process consulting practice with over a decade of experience delivering operational improvements across construction, aged care, insurance, finance, agriculture, manufacturing, and corporate services. We've identified over $5M in efficiency gains for clients ranging from mid-sized building companies to large aged care providers.
